Happy WOYWW to all who are visiting virtually today! Visit Julia's blog for more on this lovely Wednesday party.
Here is my table as it stands at bedtime Tuesday night. I took a wide shot and you can see all my mess. Could you avert your eyes from the messiest bits and look just at the nicer parts? Thanks! :-)
I bought one of the Tim Holtz mixed media die sets and am playing around with them. I plan to use these pieces on a layout soon.
Here's a bird's eye view of the table:
My previous blog post shows my first March tag based on TH's inspiration, following his example more closely. But I made some extra tag toppers in the process, including the butterfly version (the closest I could match with punches instead of the Bigz die) and figured I'd go ahead and make another tag.
Hi Laura, love your take on the tag. The butterflies came out great.Like how you've kept all the die cut scraps 'just in case' lol. Have a great week, Hugs Shaz #19xxx

It's one big pile of scraps I'd be sweeping them off mine but then mine look like useless scraps I see some pretty ones in your happy WOYWW hugs Nikki 41

No worries, friends, I am indeed going to toss most of that pile. :-) The pieces I want to try to use are the bigger pieces from the die used for the items in the center photo. I do think I might need a Xyron to be able to adhere them, though. They're just so delicate and pretty.

Great tag. And yes, a mess means you've been playing. I have yet to do my March tag. Or my remix tag. I do not have the butterfly duo either but am going a totally different direction. Hope to get that posted on Monday. Creative Blessings! Kelly #53

Great business there, Laura. Well done on getting on with so much, and so many different things. That's a beautiful die cut you are using.
Take care. God bless.

Your tag looks beautiful! The room looks like mine with those tubs on the floor (that I so conveniently don't photograph). I wonder if one week we should all show what's under the desk lol.
Have a great week

Well look at you becoming a mixed media babe! I love the swirly design of your TH choice and now you too will be a label addict! Making toppers is such a good idea. And my desk looks terrible underneath after a session...less hits the bin than it should!
