Trying to get back in the WOYWW groove -- I missed it the weeks I was too busy to even take the desk photo before work. :) WOYWW is a virtual tour of some amazingly crafty and artistic workspaces, with no passport required, hosted and organized by Mrs. Dunnit.
Here's my desk, in the aftermath of a weekend project.
And here's the two page layout I made with all the stuff that was laying around in last week's WOYWW post:
I kept the design simple because I felt the art should be the star of the show.
Thanks so much for visiting. I'll aim to visit everyone whose final digit in Mr. Linky matches mine, as well as return visits to anyone who is nice enough to comment here.
Happy Wednesday!
~ Laura
Hello there, what a lovely page you've created. We like the view outside from your desk too

Hi Laura,
thanks for leaving a message for me. Glad you like the journal and the workshop results.
Your layout is very thoughtful and interesting, as you suggest, art that high-lights art.

I love fine arts, such a pity we don't have many galleries over here.
Happy very belated WOYWW!

Love your layout!! And I agree, the art should be the star of the show, so the simplicity is perfect!
Thanks for visiting this week. I put up a tutorial about how to color on the glitter I was talking about, if you're interested!

Great LOs, and how come your desk remains so neat? Am a bit jealous of your self control!!

Your desk is pretty tidy and you still managed to turn out great LO's...I didn't know it was possible! lol I've only done one scrapbook and, oh, the mess I made! :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me a congrats. It does feel really good to finally have my degree. :)
And I'm glad your daughter finally found art she could connect with, in the modern art/east wing. The shadows piece is intriguing...are the shadows painted or live and ever changing?
