Happy "What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!" I'm drafting this post Tuesday before bed in the hope that I'll have time to take a desk picture and get this posted before I leave for work. I've been lucky enough to be off from the 21st through today and I'm honestly not looking forward to getting back into the routine. But, I must and that's that.
Here's my desk, upon which I have purposely spread out a bunch of Halloween stuff so it's easier to see what I want to use:
I'll do one very basic page with a picture of G. in her costume and the year -- I'm putting these (8x8) into a little Halloween-only album. And then I'll probably do a double-page spread with the rest of the pictures.
I lack the photos for the last three days of December Daily and then I'll post those last pages. I finished a layout. There was no big story to tell, so I just captioned with a (photo safe) marker and made a big title. :)
Hope everyone is having a good day so far!

Wow, I like the idea of a book of Halloween, little G will look back at that with so much pleasure. Yep, routine coming back here too, probably make me more efficient, even if I don't like it!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I thought I was in a time warp, but here you are with summer and Halloween thoughts! lol No matter what the season, it's the perfect time of the year to scrap! HA! I bet G. gives you lots of things to scrap too, love her whistling picture! Sorry I am late getting around but I had to put up all my VD things at the Art MoB yesterday! busy, busy! waving hi from the cloudy hills of North Carolina :)

Not keen on getting back into it again after the long break but I find I tend to achieve more when I have a routine as my time is more precious when I'm back to work as there's less of it and I don't want to squander it! Like those HA stamps on the window sill, but it seems strange to be thinking of Halloween again!

Thanks for visiting my blog Laura. I can see that you're getting lots of snow whilst today we're sailing into the 40C range. I must confess I hate this heat - pleasant for me is anywhere in the 20s. Your desk looks great and the layouts are fun, lovely family pics.
The little panel on my desk is the working copy for this year's Christmas card. It's a stamp by English artist Michael Powell and the detail is very fine. The picture is of beach boxes which are very English and I chose it because we have them at our beach too. Part of our inheritance I suppose. I'll post a photo of the beach where I live for you to see. If you care to, skip back through my December posts to see detail.
