Join the artists and crafters of the world -- show us your work space! (Or, I suppose, you could just browse ours and not share . . . but you'll be lured in eventually.) Pop over to Julia's place and see what's up.
Today will feature lots of pictures and few words, so hopefully that will make this "short" enough.
The room is painted, including the trim, and now awaits the carpet man, which will hopefully be a more advantageous wait than waiting for Godot. ha, ha. The carpet should be in by the end of this week and then the installation needs to be scheduled.
Here's what I made with last week's alcohol ink pieces. Happy with both, except needed a better, less gloppy adhesive solution for the fence. Next time will be neater!
4th of July card sent to sister-in-law, since we won't see her for the holiday as we normally do, since it's in the middle of the week.
The "remote" crafting area is getting cluttered. I had to move the vacuum out of the way to take this picture. The pink bins are new -- husband expressed that he'd prefer the room not be quite so cluttered when we put it back together. :)
Thanks for visiting and happy WOYWW!

Love the new colour scheme, and your beautiful alcohol ink pieces.
Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog - thank goodness I'm starting to feel better today, and actually able to think about how much catching up I've got to do - when i'm really bad I can't even engage brain enough to worry about what I am neglecting lol!! It was so worth the self-inflicted payback because I enjoyed the craft show so much, and demo-ing and being messy and creative all day with an audience!!
Happy belated WOYWW,
