Good morning or afternoon or evening, fellow crafters and artists. I am drafting this post Tuesday evening, since it's hard to find the time to do it before work on Wednesdays. If any visitors here are not "in the know" about WOYWW, just visit Stamping Ground for all the details.
The themes of this week are "Organized Chaos" and "Thanks." Chaos because the room where I craft has been emptied for the painting and carpet project. My sweet husband is diligently removing wallpaper as he has time. So here is my workdesk this Wednesday:
I normally have a card table to the right of this table that holds the drawer units, but to conserve space, I stacked them on the work table instead. I've got a view of the woodstove instead of my usual windows, but this is working pretty well temporarily. :)
Here is the layout I made the other day:
And a heartfelt thank you to kind Sheri from Texas who sent me the ATC below. Thanks again, Sheri! Your ATC is so pretty, as was the card you sent it in.
Thanks for visiting! I'll try to get around to as many folks as possible this week!
~ Laura
It may not be in its usual place, but it's still a great desk. And you have tonnes of space to play in. You got a great ATC as well.
cheers,

Yep, you're right! Our small village had a big procession of our very own - the one in London was nearly as good as ours...LOL!! The lady who played The Queen did it very well, she waved magnificently all the way through!!
Love that pretty fresh ATC - clever Sheri :D

Nothing like getting shuffled about; but a fresh and clean craft space will be well worth it!

Super pictures on your layout, reminds me of the children in my family measuring themselves against me (am 4ft 10") it's a milestone when they catch me up, usually at a young age! Take care my WOYWW friend, am still snooping, all but late! Zo xx

I hope your crafty stuff gets unpacked again very soon! Can you imagine, just from the few pictures I've shown of it, trying to pack up my craft room?! And I haven't even shown the "messy" corner of it! :) Thanks for stopping by my workspace and leaving the thoughtful suggestions about how I could keep my card flexible but handy, at least that's how I took your ideas! Lovely lay-out, of yours, too! :)
