I'm thinking both, clouds on the upper half and flowers added on to the lower half bottom branch, can't wait to see it finished! seen any new birds? I am waiting on the hummers to arrive!#44 and waving hi from the spring laden hills of North Carolina :)

Great layout and great Martha Stewart holder - LOL. Have you tried the skirt hanger option of showing off pages as you make them before they go in the album like I showed in last weeks WOYWW. Thanks for your comments BJ #58

BOTH! I wonder which way you decided in the end! Lovely gift, and I like the sentiment too - too true! Lovely LO, and I love that you tell the story with your handwriting...works for me!

Both! I would use both. I love it's beginning! Make sure we get to see it's end! Happy WOYWW #31

you are a very busy bunny! there's lots of energy on your desk :) and many thanks for your lovely comment on my post. i wanted to give you a couple of quotes from the Frida Kahlo Taschen book i'm using: 'although many of her works contain surreal and fantastical elements, they cannot be called Surrealist, for in none of them does she entirely free herself from reality. Her messages are never impenetrable or illogical' (p. 20). And Frida herself (on a rare trip to Europe) was 'very disillusioned by the Surrealists. "You have no idea the kind of bitches these people are... They are so damn 'intellectual' and rotton that I can't stand them any more..."' (p. 51). I hope this helps... and lovely to 'meet' you :)

Laura

Thanks for the comments, all. :) Claire, thanks for answering my question about Kahlo and whether she was part of the Surrealist movement. Very interesting. Lovely to "meet" you, as well!

I love the big windows you have letting all that wonderful light in! I have thought many times about moving my paper desk in front of my window in my craft room but I just can't give up my handy wall of tools and organizational components...its so nice to have them right there at hand, you know? :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog...I know what you mean about still trying to get by all of them. I haven't made it yet!

You have such a neat desk even when your scrapping. I am impressed! And it's a lovely desk at that. Those windows are great! Love your layout! #170
